Privacy notice

This notice covers the website at www.moornest.com. It is short because the site collects very little.

Who runs this site

MoorNest is made by DevSmooth Software Inc., which operates this website. Questions about your data go to admin@devsmooth.com.

What the waiting-list form collects

When you join the waiting list, we receive what you type into the form:

• your name
• your work email address
• your company (optional)
• how many servers you look after
• anything you write in the note (optional)

We also record the time and the IP address the form was sent from, so we can stop the form being abused by spam.

Why we collect it

To tell you when MoorNest is ready for you, to offer you a place and early pricing, and to plan how we open the service. We don't sell it, rent it out or use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Your entry is stored on our own server and emailed to the MoorNest team so we can reply to you. The email is sent through our email provider, Mailgun. Nobody else receives it.

Cookies and trackers

None. The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and every file, including fonts and videos, comes from this site. If you use the Light/Dark switch, your choice is saved in your own browser's local storage and never sent to us.

Server logs

Like any website, our servers see the IP address of each request in order to deliver the page. We use this only to run and protect the site.

Keeping and removing your data

We keep your waiting-list entry while MoorNest is opening to new customers. To see, correct or delete it, email admin@devsmooth.com from the address you signed up with and we'll do it.
